The field of Conversational UI is still new. The industry is still shaping itself and learning what works and what doesn't. Parloa stems from our Agency Experience. We have released one of the first 250 Alexa skills and have been awarded as the first Alexa Champion in Germany by Amazon. This experience allows us to tailor the product exactly to the needs of teams who are creating conversational interfaces. As the industry is new there are only few best practices to rely on. Providing an UI to develop these interface is extremely challenging, as the users often don't know the underlying pattern yet. On the other hand is very rewarding as our clients are really thankful that we are solving their problems. Only those who like their work will create outstanding experiences. It is therefore important to us that everyone in our team enjoys their work and sees meaning in it. We have a good time together and created an office in which we enjoy spending time: we offer kicker, dart, drinks, BBQ, new MacBook Pros, good public transport connection (Alexanderplatz), lunch talks, team events and a good amount of laughs.
