You are kept well informed and updated regularly. They carried on fighting for me at no extra cost from the original fee until my ticket went away and I never heard another word. I waited to write this review for six months, just in case. But no issues. I would definitely recommend to anyone with a parking ticket and will use again if I’m careless enough to get caught again.
