Getting packages at home is the best option for tenants. By providing convenient package deliveries landlords can improve tenant satisfaction and increase rent. Buildings are secure and have cleaner lobbies since deliveries do not require building access. We are in the process of going to our production version.
Our proof of concept has made a big impact on lost or missing packages, on building safety issues, on lobby clutter and on easy first time deliveries.
