Paperstac is a platform built as a conduit for hedge funds or companies in control of distressed debt, to be able to offer this distressed debt safely and easily to buyers.
The mission is to help the smaller investors in real estate or sitting on the sidelines with cash, an ability to go direct to the sellers of distressed debt without the need for daisy chains of people in the middle.
On the platform, buyers and sellers are moderated by an admin that will watch each step of the process so that both parties in the negotiation are dealt with fairly.
