We hire people that are: Curious - Finding joy in discovering things and making things work is - in our opinion - a very healthy drive. Fast learning - Since we all have to occasionally pick up jobs that perhaps are not our direct expertise. Dependable - Being dependable is essential to still have a functioning team with the amount o freedom we provide. Generally, there are 3 meetings per week. A general meeting, a technical meeting and a personal meeting. Twice a year or so, we get the whole company together - generally we are remote first - at one location to meet everyone in person, work together and hang out.
