• Building robust, simple, and scalable APIs to power the frontend applications
• Designing efficient database schemas, implementing data models, and optimizing queries for performance

• Design and scale the post-sales organizational structure, including hiring plans, role definitions, and processes to support rapid growth.
• Architect and oversee the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring seamless onboarding for large accounts through effective data migration, training, and integrations.

• Work one-on-one with customers to seamlessly onboard them to Pallet.
• Lead remote and onsite group training sessions to help customers realize the full value of Pallet.

• Oversee key operational workflows, focusing on enhancing processes related to validation, approvals, and transaction management.
• Develop and implement solutions for automating and optimizing processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution across core functions like reporting and notifications.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to logistics industry. Identify target customers, craft compelling value propositions, and execute outreach plans.
• Lead efforts to break into the logistics/trucking industry, leveraging your expertise to understand market needs and position our solutions effectively.

• Champion user needs by understanding and advocating for user expectations, ensuring both functionality and usability standards are met.
• Communicate with stakeholders to define requirements, clarify specifications, and provide iterative feedback throughout the dev lifecycle.

• Driving multi-quarter, cross-team technical strategies and roadmaps for Pallet that align with short-term and long-term business goals.
• Spearheading critical business and technical initiatives, such as:

Scaling key systems to meet the demands of our growing customer base, products, and engineering team (e.g., report generation, notifications, caching, permissions, financial reporting).
Introducing customer-facing optimizations, from workflow automations to routing optimization algorithms.
