Small enough that what you build ships and shows up in the company immediately, early enough that you watch a category get built from the inside. We have real customers and real revenue, not just a demo. We hire people who are sharp, fast, and low ego, and we give them room to run. Engineers talk to customers. Everyone uses AI as a force multiplier. We work out of San Francisco, with a team in Shanghai.
