We have a 3-Step Hiring Process: 1. 15-minute phone-call with our founder Ozone team members are driven, collaborative, and open-minded visionaries. We want to get to know you, familiarize you with our company culture, and chat about how your values align with our goals so we can grow together. 2. 3 – 5 hour take-home project Our goal is to establish a diverse team with world-class technical skillset. Broadly speaking, your project will involve showcasing your technical knowledge to create a feature that adds value to our company. 3. 2-month trial period Congratulations, you've shown that you have the skills, values, and vision to be part of our team!
