No, it's not just you. Video meetings can be more boring and draining than in-person ones.
Nowadays, it's hard to get everybody to come on a call, let alone know what they're actually doing. Since people can no longer pass by their coworkers' desks to clear up any potential misunderstanding or ask for reviews, it is difficult to collaborate on ambiguous problems.

That's why we built oVice.
oVice lets you create custom-built virtual spaces for you to interact as and connect with others around you freely just like in-person.
The way we do it is by gathering people in one space and allowing them to virtually "walk around" and "mingle" with each other. So they could still socialize in smaller or larger manageable groups while being connected in a larger space. People use oVice for remote work, virtual events, coworking, and academic conferences.
With our various range of premade layouts, you can customize it however you like to make it your own.
At oVice, we value human interaction, and our mission is to replicate the natural human behaviour you do in the real world but give it a visual appearance online to foster stronger virtual relationships, connections, and commitments in a fun way. To put it simply, you can still carry on your day-to-day stuff but still have that virtual presence somewhere that people can see. You can sit and lounge on a couch and talk to whoever you want without having to hide your face. Everyone can interact with each other as individuals but maintain privacy at a certain extent.
