Tom Jowitt and I (Sair Buckle) believe that everyone deserves clear, positive and professional communication. Combining over 30 years of experience building software and data products for companies such as Tesla, The European Space Agency, Carsales and Expert360, we founded Overtly to improve workplace communication.

Using machine learning, Overtly identifies unhealthy communication patterns in the digital workplace. We can connect to Slack, Microsoft and Google’s communication platforms to analyse and report on any toxic undercurrents at play. Our machine learning engine is trained by a diverse set of clinical psychologists to reduce bias and improve accuracy.
