Outleads, a Microsoft Ventures accelerator company, enables brands to advertise online based on offline activity. Our patented technology pushes data from CRMs, contact centers phone and chat, marketing automation, e-mail marketing, and similar software to DMPs so advertisers can leverage it in DSPs.

Unlike competitors, we match offline data directly to the ad network’s cookie or identifier, ensuring a matching rate of 100% (compared to the industry standard of 30%). Outleads is also the first and only to communicate information in real-time and automatically.

For example, advertisers can target leads that expressed interest in a product over a phone call or chat session but didn't buy; leads that were sent an e-mail campaign in HubSpot and opened but didn’t click it; leads with a certain status in Salesforce; etc. Outleads integrates with leading contact center software, including Genesys, Five9, and more.
