The Themis platform provides a management solution for the complete lifecycle of legal documents and forms. Templates are made available to customize for use and are then sent to counter parties for execution. Once executed, the documents are stored in a repository where they are analyzed by our software to provide you with legal intelligence about your growing library.

The document repository will provide meta-data about the executed documents such as a list of all counter-parties, any dates when terms expire or obligations are due, what those obligations are, exposure to risks, etc. Instead of a network folder or a spreadsheet of manually collected data, Themis provides a firm with the information it needs about legal documents to which it is a party that make management more effective and can improve business results.
