Culture and benefits at Otonomos

The way businesses are built is changing. We are trying to gamify how we build Otonomos with internal "Play to Earn" token allocations that trickle into collaborators' wallets if and when they meet pre-agreed deliverables. Everybody organizes their work as they see fit and works from where they feel like as long as they deliver on the work they committed to deliver. In return we give collaborators all the tools they need to work and learn.
