Jobs at Ostium

Ostium is a synthetic asset protocol on Solana enabling trading of crypto and real world asset synths at oracle price with no slippage. Traders deposit collateral and open long or short positions at variable leverage levels. A pool of assets staked by LPs is used as a counterparty to net trader positions. This solves both the CLOB liquidity cold start problem and risk of impermanent faced by AMMs. GainsTrade on Polygon and GMX on Arbitrum have both achieved tremendous success with similar protocol structure. No such solution currently exists on Solana, presenting a significant market opportunity.
