We are developing a new class of bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (bsADC) molecule, the Dual Receptor Engagement for Antigen Matching (DREAM) antibody. This approach requires two antigen attachments to deploy cytotoxic chemotherapy, greatly increasing the specificity of targeting the diseased cell. The optimization of this therapeutic is enabled by OrganOmics Platform that allows for high-throughput, high-quality preclinical testing on neural tissue that models the intricate microenvironment and physiology of the human brain.
