Org Analytix is a robust solution built to help leaders of large teams (250+ members) make data based decisions for enhancing team performance. We analyze the team dynamics and Social Capital within their organization to produce actionable business intelligence.

Social Capital, similar to Financial or Human capital, has to be nurtured actively in order for organizations to achieve their goals and objectives. Companies that ignore Social Capital make less informed decisions and increase risk in business results and team effectiveness.

We initially capture social capital data within an organization through a 5-10 minute zero-impact surveys which is then converted into social capital metrics & visualizations. Additionally, the Org Analytix framework can apply to other interactions and relationship related data already captured by a company, and our product can use this passive data source to provide real-time social capital analysis on how your team truly interact with each other.
