Our platform is OrderStorm. The first product we created from it is RepairStorm. OrderStorm enables us to create "Fit for Purpose" unified commerce applications specific to a given market segment. Regardless of market segment, products built from OrderStorm enable small businesses and their suppliers to leverage the benefits of omni-channel like walmart and the box stores, dramatically improving their average customer value and competitiveness.
Our first product, RepairStorm, is built for the challenges facing service centers in hardware stores. By enabling a rich omni-channel experience while delivering a single point of truth for all critical points in the customer cycle, we transform profitability, insight, and talent management for all stakeholders in the value chain.
