For the Restaurants:
Answering Service - We run a simple IVR to determine whether the customer is calling the restaurant to order or something else. Orderers are forwarded on to OrderApp’s agents where they can order over the phone instead of online.
Printer - Our custom built printer utilizes 3G connectivity to run anywhere. Restaurants can accept, reject or update us as to ETA all with a press of a button.
API - Printer not your thing? Used to getting orders to your email or directly to your POS? No problem. OrderApp utilizes Rest APIs to send order information from our server to almost any other product. Including, Whatsapp, telegram, gmail, fax and more.
Accounting and Portal - Restaurants receive login credentials to our accounting portal where they can review previous orders, standing balance and more.
Credit Card Processing - Included in our fee is credit card processing, allowing restaurants to skip the fee and offer their food to credit card holding customers.
