Hey future colleague, we follow these in the company, hope you feel in line with these, remember we are a fully REMOTE TEAM!!! --> For our daily standup call, everyone joins with their video turned on. It is better to see each other face. We don't get an opportunity to see each other often. Everyone is expected to join the daily stand up at the agreed time. --> All our team meetings will also be video calls. --> Zoom will be used for our standups and team meetings --> If there is no agenda, there will be no meeting. --> Slack will be our main channel for communication. For any kind of one to one or group chat we will use our slack channel --> Switch on the Push Notification on Slack and also Change your slack status to notify everyone about your availability. You are not required to be on slack 24X7 but make sure you could be replying to your tagged messages by end of the day. --> Strict no work/ no meetings policy on Saturdays and Sundays unless something is burning.
