Optio is an AI software that identifies nutrient deficiencies in your diet and offers easily customizable meal suggestions. Acting as a virtual assistant, it simplifies meal planning, grocery shopping and monitors what you eat to make sure you get all the nutrients you need based on recommended guidelines. With Optio, users will develop sustainable eating habits with long-term health benefits that one-size-fits-all diets can’t provide.

Optio enables users to achieve their health goals – whether that’s weight loss, a more nutritious diet, or improving general well-being. Everyone’s body is different, and we believe that should warrant an individual approach. Our AI system generates solutions personalized to each user, such as new recipes, ingredient swap-out suggestions and ratio management, to ensure their diet is nutritionally balanced and aligned with their dietary preferences and desired health outcome. With Optio, users will get all the benefits of having a personal nutritionist, but one that’s always on hand and for a fraction of the cost.
