Optimist is growing! We are a full-service content marketing agency. We work primarily with growth-focused startups and B2B tech companies innovating in a variety of industries. Over the last 2 years, we’ve grown from a freelancing operation into a $1MM/year marketing agency. Our team is structured as a freelance collective. There are no full-time employees. We have a flat team structure, which means everyone must be entrepreneurial, work autonomously, and be able to self-manage their individual tasks and projects. We pay a competitive hourly freelance rate (up to $75/hour) + quarterly profit share. Ongoing work, exciting clients, and a really fun team. We’re now over 12 strong looking to add some folks to our team as we ramp up with new clients for 2019.
