Operation Spark careers

Operation Spark helps low-opportunity individuals in New Orleans gain the skills needed to get careers in the software industry. 

Our model is two-fold:

1. Through our Bootcamps, we work directly with youth to teach them software and life skills. We partner with local software firms to hire on our students once they’re job ready.

2. In order to bring software literacy into K-12 schools throughout New Orleans, we're training teachers to implement our curriculum in their own classrooms.
