Open Screenplay is the first ever free, online platform that brings together people from across the globe with different backgrounds, experiences, and stories to collaborate on writing screenplays. Inspired by the open-source software movement, Open Screenplay helps turn ideas for a movie, television show, or webseries into reality in a collaborative and exciting new way.

Who decides which contributions make it in? Everyone does, together - through a completely democratic voting process. For contributions that are voted in, users will receive a writing credit and a share in the profits if an open screenplay is sold.
