Opcity uses machine learning technology to match home buyer and sellers with the best real estate agent for them. We purchase millions of real estate leads from around the web, pre-screen those leads for things like budget, intent to buy and more, and use our proprietary matching algorithm to determine which agents are best suited for that client’s specific situation. We look at over 100 data points, and once we have a motivated home buyer or seller on the line, we send an Uber-like dispatch to agents on our list in descending order until someone claims the lead.

We also connect clients with loan officers, title companies and more. We’re the number one lead buyer in the United States and work with more than 3,300 brokerages and 30,000 agents in all 50 states.
