Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Job Summary – Part-Time We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to set strategy and make executive technology decisions on behalf of Onye including managing a technology budget and making the necessary investments to align the organization with its vision for its technological needs. You will act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions impacting current and future operations. As the CTO, you will oversee all technology and technological resources, you will work closely with the CEO to establish the technology vision, strategies, and growth plans. You will also lead system and quality assurance processes to ensure the protection of Utilities’ assets while maintaining and evolving technology needs. Requirements Expertise with JavaScript, TypeScript, React Js, Redux, Redux Toolkit, Cypress JS, React Testing Library, Next.Js, HTML Experience with CSS, Tailwind CSS, and CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS is a plus Experience building single page applications (SPA) and progressive web apps (PWA) Familiarity with Amazon Web Service Experience with integrating 3rd party interfaces and APIs for secure web services and applications, such as HL7/FHIR and other IHE standards Experience with developing and managing REST APIs for cross-system interoperability Integration familiarity with common EMR/EHR technologies, such as Cerner and Epic Integration familiarity with interoperability technologies such as FHIR/HL7 APIs Duties & Responsibilities Providing technical leadership at the enterprise level and serving an integral role in operations and business development.
