OnLoop is the mobile first product designed to reinvent how hybrid teams are assessed and developed. It helps teams drive an impactful loop of regular reflection, feedback and learning that managers and their teams co-create to provide powerful insights into individual and team development. OnLoop also unlocks personalized content for each individual and produces AI-powered reviews for use in more formal performance review processes.

We are world-class - headquartered in Singapore, with the main office in New York City and an exceptionally talented global team distributed across Toronto, Manila, Madrid and Mexico City. Our founders were trained at Uber, Google and Stanford GSB among others, and are focused on building a highly diverse team.
