One Month is a Y Combinator (S13) startup looking for a great Senior Ruby on Rails developer to join us in building a learning platform that gives people all over the world access to high-quality, affordable education that changes their lives. We’re a team of ten, with over 25,000 students, and we’re growing crazy fast. We're selling an understanding of technology in an information economy, relief from confusion, and a new ability to add enormous value to projects and jobs people are doing. We're selling better people and better companies. That's a good thing for people to buy and it's a much better thing for us to sell in the long run. We'll be successful to the extent that we create better people.
