• Lead research and development efforts in edge AI and embedded machine learning.
• Design, train, evaluate, optimize, and deploy machine learning models spanning applications from low-power 1D sensor processing through high-dimensional sensing systems such as ultrasonic arrays.

• Serving as the primary contact for all pricing activities globally

• Technology transfer and manufacturability for onsemi’s advanced nodes of discrete power FETs, owning device architecture from concept definition through qualification and high‑volume manufacturing.
• Monitor electrical performance and device performance, collaborating with design, process integration, and modeling teams to optimize Rds(on), switching performance, ruggedness, and power density.

• Serve as the technical authority for RIE process and equipment performance across multiple technologies and toolsets.
• Develop and execute module strategy aligned to fab objectives for yield, availability, cycle time, cost, and quality.

• Responsible for maintaining up-to-date records for capacity model assumptions, including UPH, Availability, and OEE.
• Executes on the strategic roadmap for the industrial engineering department to automate and enhance analytics capabilities, reduce analytics cycle time, and standardize analytics for OEE and other KPIs.
