An inclusive environment where everyone has equal opportunities. Omdena is perhaps the only AI/ML platform (or company) which can claim that 35% of its Lead ML Engineers are Women. And no, this is not done by design but it happened organically. It shows that when equal opportunities are given to both men and women, in a truly bottom-up environment, men and women are the same, even in advanced fields like AI/ML/Data Science (given 35% of Omdena collaborators are also women). Every one of the lead ML Engineers below deserves the role, given their proven dedication and skill (both hard and soft) in Omdena projects.
