• Partnership Strategy & Development:

Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to identify, secure, and maintain strategic partnerships aligned with Oklo’s vision and growth objectives.
Evaluate and prioritize partnership opportunities across diverse sectors (e.g., energy, technology, government, finance) that can amplify Oklo’s impact.

• Interfacing with the engineering team. This includes

identifying software development needs in the engineering organization,
collecting and screening incoming software development requests,
understanding technical aspects of software development work,
summarizing on-going software development work for the broader engineering team,
ensuring that internal software products are understood and utilized,
developing source code on occasion and when necessary to assist in delivery of software development goals, and
developing processes to facilitate interactions between the engineering team and (1) internal software products and (2) the Software Team.

• Developing strategy related to grid integration or other delivery to customer and identifying optimal strategies in different regions within the U.S.
• Implementing strategy via providing input for customer engagement, e.g. related to power purchase agreement terms.

• Interfacing between team members in business development and in communications related to any customer developments and potential announcements

• Prepare, review, and maintain licensing document content, programs, and supporting licensing related products and activities for Oklo's reactor technologies.

• Interfacing with key stakeholders across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Designing and implementing automation, build, release, deployment, and configuration tools, workflows, and processes

• Design and evaluate structural elements for components within the reactor with considerations of other complex phenomena such as irradiation, high temperatures, etc.
• Design structural elements of a building and other large, static structures, including structural framing and the foundation system.
