Currently, we are hiring a tech person with exceptional analytical thought process. Provide strategic leadership and technical expertise in software engineering, particularly in Django, Python, and Flutter, to guide and mentor the development teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to define product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and project timelines. Lead and manage multiple software development teams, providing clear goals, direction, and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes across all development teams. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and improvement within the software engineering organization. Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of software engineers, ensuring a diverse and high-performing team. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technical requirements, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in software engineering practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our software development processes. Manage and optimize software development budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships. ESOPS and salary will be provided
