The salary is based on a full time position with a good provision deal (and possibly an equity deal), but you are to a high degree in control of your working hours. We look at results and not whether you are the first in and last out of the office. We believe that being close with your colleagues is a key factor in making work fun. That’s why we invest in theme parties, workations and every month we have a dedicated team day where we do everything from river-rafting to escape rooms.
