Our secret Sauce is our matching algorithm that pairs the individuals within a company based on common interests, skills and passions. The algorithm works to learn the individuals wants and needs as well as the wants and needs of the organization. From there we allow users to meet face to face with the push of a button. We firmly believe that the most effective way to build relationships is sitting down with another individual and looking them in the eyes, so whenever possible we push our users towards this.
