The metaverse part: the live, persistent 3D environment that people, organizations and communities can build and own themselves, in which people gather, meet, collaborate, and achieve results.

The web3 part: Complete decentralization of the stack, sovereign ownership of environments and a native social crypto currency (DRIVE), to with the utility of social capital.
