We are a family office focused on triple bottom line investing. Our most game-changing business line is our Impact Fund whose investments are focused on financing various startups combined with established companies who, when orchestrated together, catalyze the launch of a working prototype minimum viable next-generation sustainable smart intentional community. To make this happen, we provision our expertise and experience in a diversity of fields, including commercial real estate, ecovillages and intentional communities, smart construction, holochain-based community currencies, cleantech, other fintech, presence-based spirituality, agile scrum & presence based education, and direct democracy governance systems.

We also have a core capability in the hospitality sector and remain active investors in that business line.

So, in our role as "product issuer" aka "sponsor" aka "carrier", we package all the above into a variety of financial products such as limited partnerships in Fund(s) and membership units in LLCs, etc, and make them available as investments to channels such as broker-dealers, wealth managers and private investors.
