Observer careers

Observer is building an AI desktop assistant that helps people think, respond and perform better during real-time conversations.

Whether you're navigating a challenging job interview, handling an unexpected customer question, participating in a technical discussion or managing an important business meeting, Observer brings contextual AI assistance directly to your desktop.

Unlike traditional AI chatbots that require you to stop what you're doing and manually provide context, Observer is designed to understand live conversations and help you access relevant information when you need it.

### What you can do with Observer

- Interview Assistance: Get contextual help when answering challenging technical and non-technical interview questions.
- Sales Assistance: Handle customer objections, access relevant information and navigate important sales conversations.
- Technical Discussions: Get AI assistance when discussing complex technical topics.
- Meeting Intelligence: Understand conversations, capture important information and generate useful summaries.
- Professional Productivity:** Bring your conversations, screenshots and contextual information together in one AI-powered desktop experience.

### Our Vision

We believe AI should do more than answer questions in a chat window. It should understand what you're doing and help you when it matters most.

We're building Observer to make intelligent, contextual assistance accessible to professionals across industries.
