Sales Manager Role Description This is a hybrid role. Not many offer such earning potential, but solar is not for those that want an easy row to hoe. If you are a go-getter, this field can provide you with the kind of earnings that changes lives and funds generations. Though we have some who have managed to figure out how to sell exclusively online, the majority of our reps live in the Northeast, and we operate out of Stamford, CT. The job has flexibility and tremendous growth and earning potential. You make as much as you earn. We will teach you how to create your own sales org. It really is as simple as that. For those that put the effort in and work 5 hrs a day 5-6 days a week you could expect to make more than most in healthcare. As a Solar Salesperson at OBrien Solar LLC, your day-to-day tasks will involve promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers. You will build and maintain relationships with clients, provide product information, conduct site visits, generate leads, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. What we look for: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Knowledge of solar energy systems and products is a huge plus. Ability to work independently and meet sales goals that you set. The good news is that there is not a quota we set for you so this could be your full time career path to financial independence or a part time gig you use to supplement your income. Those who know homeowners, already have a book of business, a sizeable internet following, OR already work in homes are strongly encouraged to apply! Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is recommended. We will train you and sponsor your HIS (Home Improvement Salesperson license). Our agents work as 1099 contractors.
