At Nuprizm, we hire domain experts who are committed to both technical innovation and shipping. We are pragmatic about how we build, and while we are oriented towards shipping we understand the importance of both measuring and tackling technical, design, and product debt. We are a fully remote with developers and designers from India to Canada. We largely work asynchronously, and communicate primarily via Slack and Zoom. Our developers have a large degree of autonomy due to their domain expertise and typically operate independently, but we collaborate when it's faster or likely to achieve a better result. We host a standup once a week and do 1:1 meetings once a month. Our founder actively contributes to the codebase, builds legible tickets in GitHub with precise acceptance criteria, and encourages everyone to participate in roadmap, product specification and design decisions.
