Today, finance and accounting teams spend most of their time collecting, cleaning, and reconciling messy, siloed data to assemble a holistic view of a company's financial health.
These processes are tedious and take away from strategic, high-value activities. We've lived it. Finance teams deserve better.
We're building the future of financial software, where teams have real-time visibility into their finances, a single source of truth, and the tools to supercharge collaboration.
Because ultimately, better financial data means better business decisions.
We're trusted by hundreds of accounting teams, are growing fast, and have built an incredible team.
How we Operate
We are an early startup, and our culture and values will continue to be defined by the people who join us on this journey.
Today, there are a few things that we double down on that we believe will lead to outsized early success.
1. Trust & Autonomy — we are a small team with big ambitions. Speed is our advantage and we maximize it by equipping everyone with the knowledge, tools, and support to make important decisions and take ownership of their work.
2. Curiosity — finance and accounting systems need a first-principled rethink. All team members engage with our customers and take an active role in identifying opportunities to define solutions & improve our product.
3. Continuous Improvement — we care deeply about shortening the time to value for what we build and move quickly to release product and features. How we hire reflects this value as well. A little bit of slope makes up for a lot of y-intercept.
4. Writing Culture — We emphasize strong documentation and a scientific approach to evaluating and addressing problems. We believe a culture of writing promotes systematic thinking.
