Numa careers

Numa is the first fully digital real estate agency in Central/Northern Europe (also starting in Republic of Ireland from October).

Our goal is to dramatically reduce the prices of brokerage services when renting/selling various real estate objects, because we can provide the same services of a real estate agent in a more efficient and cost-effective way.

We substitute real estate agent by recruiting (Uber model) freelance professional photographers to visit real estate objects (flats, houses, land plots, etc.) and take exceptional photos/video. Then Numa executes the rest of real estate agent's duties (such as time-scheduling, determining price, preparing legal agreements, exchanging contacts between parties) via Numa system.

Moreover, Numa also has a real estate management platform, where clients can manage/administer their real estate objects - supervise utility payments, communicate with tenants or order real estate related services (cleaning, fixing, etc.) from Numa partners.
