• Oversee the financial planning and analysis of the PI's funding portfolio to assist PIs with expenditure and payroll forecasting; meet regularly with PIs to monitor and review projections
• Research, interpret, and apply the policies and regulations that govern grants, contracts, and internal awards to ensure the PI's portfolio remains in compliance; provide monthly financial reports, resolve accounting and payroll issues, facilitate annual effort certifications, and review financial reconciliations while working to resolve errors

• Teach and participate in departmental, college, and university service
• Support development and maintenance of a strategic plan for program

• Possess the ability to work independently in difficult and complex tasks;
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills the ability to clearly articulate and communicate to diverse groups including faculty, academic administration, management and others;

• Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 5–7 years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a professional, corporate, or higher education environment, with demonstrated experience supporting multiple senior administrators simultaneously
• Prior experience in an academic or university setting is strongly preferred

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relevant experience
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Sr. IAM Engineering and implementation roles.

• BS/BEng in Computer Science or a closely related area. This requirement can be waived in case of relevant software development work experience.
• Fluency in at least one programming language.

• Conducting post-award financial management and oversight of awards within the assigned portfolio
• reviewing and approving/rejecting transactions in Workday or Concur, including but not limited to procurement requisitions, journals, accounting adjustments, cost transfers, or other award expenditures; ensuring all expenses posted to an account meet compliance with award terms and conditions or other regulations, guidelines, or policies

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive IT project management experience, including managing large, complex, cross-functional IT initiatives in matrixed organizations.
