Developing AVAS system for electric vehicles (patent pending for Turkey). This product is required for all EVs and HEVs after 2020 as a safety regulation under FMVSS-141 and ECE R138. Vehicle acoustics know-how is an important aspect of AVAS systems and besides regulatory requirements, customer and OEM requirements should be met. These systems may be integrated with in-vehicle entertainment systems for driver alerting and even generate sounds for malfunctioning components as in internal combustion engine cars. Therefore, this area is under focus of OEMs and open to development and differentiation. For this new product, we are receiving customer calls and have recently gave proposals to 2 big OEMs.
Developing and manufacturing automotive component testing systems (hardware and software)- including axle dynamometer , production quality control units. Main benefits of Novosim is being price competitive and expertise in automotive component development for over 15 years. Systems have regeneration capability which helps reduce testing costs.
