Culture and benefits at Novi

Culture at Novi is founded on several principles. We believe in transparency, no ego, and empathy for our customers and the industry. At the end of the day, we are solving a challenging problem. We practice our culture by writing as much information down and making it public. We also believe in the notion of constantly iterating and practice this by having well-scoped, short projects so that we are able to adapt and learn quickly. Finally, we prioritize our health (mental, physical, emotional, spiritual) and give each other the space needed to do so. We encourage each other to mark this time on our calendars - it's a non-negotiable meeting of self-care.
