• Lead quality and compliance initiatives across Patient Safety and Pharmacovigilance operations.
• Drive continuous improvement programs to strengthen quality systems and processes.

• Own and deliver a defined product area: Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned data-centric capabilities, such as platform & data integrations, data ingestion, transformation, and unified customer profile management, and enabling CRM capabilities & workflows, from discovery through release, hypercare, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of clinical studies from site initiation through study close-out.
• Drive study execution, tracking progress, timelines, risks and mitigation plans across assigned countries.

• Translate complex biomedical questions into scalable artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions
• Collaborate with researchers and domain experts to deliver impactful insights for drug discovery

• Analyze multi-omics datasets to generate insights supporting cell and gene therapy research and development.
• Develop and maintain reproducible bioinformatics pipelines for sequencing and candidate evaluation workflows.

• Design and implement intelligent, self-healing data pipelines that leverage AI/ML for automated data quality monitoring, anomaly detection, and remediation.
• Build and maintain centralized feature stores that enable feature reusability across multiple models and use cases.

• Oversee planning, execution, delivery, and reporting across the Global Clinical Operations AI portfolio.
• Monitor portfolio progress, dependencies, risks, and milestones to support effective decision-making.

• Identify clinical operations challenges and translate them into high-value Artificial Intelligence (AI) opportunities and product concepts.
• Define use cases, scope, value hypotheses, and requirements for prioritized products within the Global Clinical Operations AI portfolio.
