Project Well is building an innovative end-to-end digital health platform to improve the lives of those suffering from chronic disease, food insecurity, and social isolation and leveraging the power of food and behavioral economics in the $30 billion “food as medicine” market. Project Well partners with health plans and providers to deliver personalized food plans and home delivery of a wide assortment of healthful nutritious meals to their most vulnerable members – those facing nutritionally sensitive chronic health conditions and who are often at risk of food insecurity.

Founded in 2019, Project Well is backed by Primetime Partners and S2G Ventures. We are a passionate team of healthcare professionals and food entrepreneurs united by our belief that nutritious food and social interaction are strong determinants of good health and a life well-lived. We have launched several pilot programs with a number of marquee partners including a leading national Medicare Advantage plan, a mid-western Blue Cross Blue Shield plan and NewYork-Presbyterian health system.
