Right now, over $120B a year is spent driving traffic to websites with less than 2% of site visitors ending up as customers. Nostra revolutionizes the current workflow of running A/B tests, multivariate tests and writing out thousands of rules by allowing customers to upload all their content (images, text, etc.), then, based on who is visiting the site, Nostra displays a page that is optimized for conversions.

Nostra is headquartered in Venice Beach Los Angeles and has a strong, interactive, open, and fun office culture. We're assembling the founding members of the team, and are looking for individuals with diverse perspectives and useful experience that can share in and execute on Nostra's mission.
