Top 20% of applicants. Norse isn't 'social'. It isn't some content play. It isn't a game company or type of "valley scene" outfit staffed by obnoxious hipsters. We deal with LIVE cyberwarfare and intel, and count Government agencies, international telecoms, and foreign intel services among our customers, and it is awesome. :-) So we're looking for the elite who want to seriously level up, and we'll happily pay market rates.
