Nordan Licensing is an intellectual property firm providing a full-range of services including patent prosecution, post-grant proceedings, trademark protection and enforcement, internet domain name disputes, licensing, intellectual property litigation, brand protection, and technology innovation. We prosecute patents before the USPTO in biotechnology, AI, and the software arts.

The city of Birmingham is currently experiencing a large growth in technology development, innovation, and intellectual property at an exponential rate. The city is receiving increasing national attention as it is undergoing a renaissance of technological innovation and attracting companies stocked with intellectual property. Being located at the center of the Southeastern United States, the city has become a national hub for intellectual property. In response to this much welcomed transformation, Nordan Licensing was founded in 2019 to meet the intellectual property needs of corporations in the South and the innovational growth in Birmingham.
