Norby careers

Norby is a fun interactive robot that teaches kids English. Each day, he delivers new lessons in the form of fun short stories.

Unlike tablet-based apps, Norby is designed to be highly interactive and adaptive. He talks, listens, moves and most importantly - he provides kids with feedback and encouragement.

The curriculum is designed for kids aged 4 to 12, with a focus on reading, spelling, comprehension, and pronunciation. Version one is launched in English, with Chinese, Japanese, French and Spanish in the works.

Our long term ambition is to have Norby adapt to each individual child's learning requirements. By collecting interaction data, we’ll be able to train a machine learning algorithm that makes Norby smarter over time.
