Noora Health (a Y Combinator backed Non-Profit) trains the family members of patients leaving the hospital with simple, low-risk skills that enable patients and their families to take care into their own hands and homes.

Through human-centered design, Noora Health developed a suite of services that can be implemented in both high- and low-resource healthcare settings. Hospitals use our simple, interactive and low-cost platform, as an effective tool to prepare patients for a safe and speedy recovery at home. With our tools, they are able to lower preventable readmissions and complications, reduce length of stay, improve quality of care and patient satisfaction.
